摘 要:环形聚能装药中采用单层药型罩形成的射流容易偏斜和飞散,拉伸成型性能差,影响射流的侵彻性能。双层罩射流中外罩材料形成的杵状物对内层射流起包覆作用,内层射流不易发生偏斜。为了研究双层药型罩形成的环形射流、外罩顶端开口以及不同外内罩厚度比例对射流的影响,使用LS-DYNA有限元仿真软件开展数值模拟研究。对比单/双层罩射流侵彻铝-钢双层靶的试验结果发现,双层罩射流对钢靶的有效切割深度较单层罩提高了21.4%,通过选取适当的药型罩结构及材料设计双层药型罩聚能射流能够获得侵彻性能优于单层药型罩的射流。The single layer liner jet is easy to skew and fly in the ring shaped charge structure,which is not conducive to the jet forming and the penetration performance.The inner jet was coated with the pestle formed by the outer cover material in the double layer liner,and the inner jet was not inclined to deflect.In order to study the annular jet formed by a double layer liner,the effects of three different material combinations,the opening at the top of the outer cover and the thickness ratio of the outer cover were studied.The numerical simulation was carried out by the LS-DYNA finite element simulation software.The numerical results show that in the double cover jet penetrating the aluminum-steel double target test.The effective cutting depth of the steel target is 21.4%higher than that of the single layer jets.It is found that the penetration performance of the annular jet with the suitable structure and the outer cover material is better than that of the single layer jet.
