摘 要:以西藏蓝玉簪龙胆花的提取物等为原料,配制了一款蓝花龙胆提取物漱口水,在单因素试验的基础上,采用响应面分析进行条件优化,以感官评价为指标,探讨了蓝玉簪龙胆花提取物、酒精、薄荷及尿素的添加量对其的影响,优化了配制条件。通过响应面试验,确定了本款漱口水配制的最优条件为:提取物为2.1%,薄荷为0.2%,酒精为15.7%,尿素为16.4%,在此条件下的感官评分达到了为92.5分。A mouthwash with gentiana veitchiorum hemsl flowers extract from Tibet was prepared.Based on the single-factor test,the response surface analysis was carried out to optimize the preparation conditions by sensory score as the indexas.The effect of the addition of gentiana veitchiorum hemsl flowers extract,alcohol,peppermint and urea were studied and the formulation conditions were optimized.According to response surface test,the optimal conditions for the preparation of this mouthwash were as follows:the extract was 2.1%,peppermint oil was 0.2%,alcohol was 15.7%and urea was 16.4%.The sensory score reached 92.5 in the optimum condition.
