摘　　要：随着社会的发展对环境工程专业人才的要求更加偏向于应用化,对专业素养的要求愈来愈高,科研训练作为满足社会发展需求和高校教育要求的工作,需要引起全体教师的重视,本文通过文献检索的方式阐述了环境工程专业科研训练所暴露出来的一些问题,并提出了对应的对策,借此希望科研训练教育方式得到不断地探索发展,培养出更多的高素质人才。With the development of society,the requirements for environmental engineering professionals are more and more applied,and the requirements for professional quality are higher and higher.As a work to meet the needs of social development and college education,scientific research and training need to attract the attention of all teachers.By means of literature retrieval,some problems exposed in the scientific research and training institute of Environmental Engineering specialtywere expounded,andthe corresponding countermeasureswere put forward,so as to hope that the scientific research and training education method can be continuously explored and developed and cultivate more high-quality talents.
