基于科学知识图谱的国内失语症研究现状及趋势分析

摘　　要：文章以中国知网数据库中1992-2020年间刊登与“失语症”相关的资料为文章的参考文献来源,详细分析近三十年有关失语症的资料内容。利用CiteSpace文献计量技术手段,针对文献作者、文献机构、研究热点以及研究发展趋势等方面对近三十年国内失语症研究文献进行了可视化分析。研究机构及研究者中领军人物相对集中于医学领域,但是我国学术领域对于失语症研究深度不够,并未实现跨学科研究。针对失语症来说,研究的主要方位有“语言不能”“脑卒中”“语言功能”“失语”“评价”等内容,并成为了医学领域主要研究热点。研究主题由临床医学康复治疗的研究转向理论综述研究,这一趋势有望推动失语症研究向跨学科广度和深度发展。Based on the data of the academic papers published between 1992 and 2020 retrieved from the CNKIdatabase,this paper presents a visualized analysis of the theses on domestic aphasia studies in the past thirty years from the perspective of literature authors,research institutions,hotspots and research frontiers by employing CiteSpace,a bibliometric analysis software.The leading figures in research institutions and researchers are relatively concentrated in the medical field,but the academic field of our country is not deep enough in the research of aphasia,and it is not interdisciplinary and is being studied.For aphasia,the main research directions include"language aphasia""stroke""language function""aphasia"and"evaluation",which has become the main research hotspot in the medical field.The research topic has shifted from clinical rehabilitation research to theoretical review research,which is expected to promote the interdisciplinary breadth and depth of aphasia research.
