摘  要:Hippo信号通路是一种级联放大信号通路,在调控细胞生长、器官发育及肿瘤形成等方面具有重要作用。大肿瘤抑癌基因1(LATS1)是抑制肿瘤生长的基因,通过Hippo信号通路激活LATS1可负向调控肿瘤细胞的生长、凋亡及转移,同时也可影响肿瘤细胞的干性及肿瘤免疫治疗的效果。虽然目前针对LATS1抑制肿瘤细胞生长的研究取得了一定进展,但关于Hippo信号通路中LATS1的调控机制及其下游靶点的研究较少。未来深入研究LATS1的表达调控可为抑制肿瘤的发生发展以及肿瘤的治疗提供新思路。Hippo signaling pathway is a cascade amplifying signaling pathway,which plays an important role in the regulation of cell growth,organ development and tumor formation.As an inhibitor of tumor growth,the large tumor suppressor gene 1(LATS1)can negatively regulate the growth,death and metastasis of tumor cells and inhibit tumor growth when activated through the HIPPO signaling pathway,which can also affect the dryness of tumor cells and the effect of tumor immunotherapy.Although some progress has been made in studies on the inhibition of tumor cell growth by LATS1,there are few studies on the regulatory mechanism of LATS1 in Hippo signaling pathway and its downstream targets.Further studies on the regulation of the expression of LATS1 in the future can provide new ideas for the inhibition of the occurrence and development of tumors,as well as the treatment of tumors.
