高校学术不端现象的生成机理及治理路径

摘　　要：近年来高校学术不端现象呈高发态势,非正当的学术研究、发表行为日益危害正当的学术研究活动。高校学术不端现象在论文作者身上表现突出,主要有剽窃、伪造、篡改实验数据,不当署名、一稿多投、重复发表,买卖论文、由他人代写等。高校学术不端现象的生成机理是多维度、深层次的,是社会因素、个人因素以及管理体制上的漏洞共同作用的结果。为维护学术研究正常秩序、重塑学术道德,需要加强治理高校学术不端现象:秉持整体性思维,构建“学术命运共同体”;坚持多措并举,完善学术道德教育机制;健全完善法律法规,强化惩戒治理力度。Recent years has witnessed a considerable rise in academic misconducts in higher education institutes,unjustifiable academic research and publication activities impacting legitimate ones,interfering with research order.Such misconducts are prominent with academic paper authors typically manifested as plagiarism,forged and falsified experiment data,illegitimate authorship signature,multi-submission,repeated publication,paper purchasing,ghostwriting,etc.Multiple dimensions and deep-lying factors account for such academic misconducts;they are the products of social factors,personal factors and management mechanism working together.For the maintenance of a normal academic research environment to remold the academic morality,the correction of such misconducts requires the construction of a"community of shared academic life,"multiple measures to be taken to perfect the academic morality education mechanism,punishments to be applied with proper laws and regulations.
