基于结构功能主义视角的档案馆功能研究

摘　　要：基于默顿的结构功能主义理论,重新思考档案馆在社会体系中所发挥的功能,提出了档案馆“双元双面”功能模型:档案馆的功能分为显性功能与隐性功能两个维度,显性功能包括维护历史与提供利用,隐性功能包括筛选信息与构建记忆,每一项功能又包括正功能与反功能两个方面。Based on Merton's theory of structur⁃al functionalism,rethinking the function of archives plays in the social system,archives"dual doublesided"function model is put forward:the function of archives can be divided into manifest and latent two dimensions,the manifest function including maintenance history and provide,the latent func⁃tion include screening information and build a mem⁃ory,each function and includes two aspects of posi⁃tive function and dysfunction.
