高职院校体能薄弱群体与特殊群体学生体质健康精准分析及干预

摘　　要：目前,为了不断满足高职院校体质薄弱群体和特殊群体对体育健康的要求,需要相关的工作者不断地研究当今高职院校的体育健康现状,并且要对高职院校体能薄弱群体及特殊群体的学生的体质进行相关的分析。通过这次分析可以知道目前高职院校对那些薄弱群体及特殊群体的学生体育教育活动不够普及,并且在当前的教育当中也存在着一些问题。为了很好地解决以上问题,就需要相关研究者根据这些问题去找出相应的解决方法。此外,还要加强体育教育设施经费的投入,采取适当的锻炼方法来让学生参与体育活动锻炼,开展丰富多彩的教学活动,进而帮助薄弱群体及特殊群体的学生培养健全的人格,进行相关的体育锻炼。At present,higher vocational colleges in order to meet the physical weak groups and special demand for physical health,you need to related workers constantly study the present situation of sports health of today's vocational colleges,higher vocational colleges and to physical vulnerable groups and special groups related to the analysis of students'physique.Through the analysis of current higher vocational colleges can know about the weak group as well as the special group of students physical education activities is not popular,and there are some problems in current education also.In order to good solve above the big problem,according to these problems requires researchers to find corresponding solutions.Also,strengthening the sports education facilities investment funds,and take the appropriate exercise methods to have sports exercise,carry out a variety of teaching activities,which help the weak groups and special groups to cultivate a sound personality,related physical exercise.
