不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性检出率结果比较分析

摘　　要：目的:研究不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性检出率影响因素。方法:选择2018—2019年微生物室的14442份标本,应用回顾性的方式,在2018年(n=6571)、2019年(n=7871)对全部标本均实施微生物检验,对其最终的结果进行观察并比较。结果:在检验后,对于痰液标本的总阳性率、静脉全血标本的总阳性率、分泌物标本的总阳性率、中段尿标本的总阳性率、粪便标本的总阳性率,2018年依次是29.46%、14.39%、22.93%、30.33%、22.84%,2019年依次是35.49%、12.63%、30.50%、31.61%、34.00%。2019年较2018年均值更高(P<0.05)。结论:临床中对不同临床标本实施微生物检验,大多都是应用总阳性率表示结果,给临床中各项诊断、治疗给予相应的参照,为了提高微生物检验所得结果的准确度及精密度,检验人员需要更为严格地遵照各项规范。Objective:To study the factors influencing the positive detection rate of different clinical specimens in microbiological tests.Methods:A total of 14442 specimens were selected from the microbiology department of our hospital from 2018 to 2019.In 2018(n=6571)and 2019(n=7871),microbiological tests were performed on all specimens,and the final results were observed and compared.Results:After the examination,for the total positive rate of sputum specimens,the total positive rate of feces specimens,the total positive rate of midstream urine specimens,the total positive rate of secretions specimens,and the total positive rate of venous blood specimens were 29.46%,14.39%,22.93%,30.33%and 22.84%in 2018,and 35.49%,12.63%,30.50%,31.61%and 34.00%in 2019,respectively.2019 was higher than 2018(P<0.05).Conclusions:In clinical practice,the total positive rate is used to express the results of microbiological tests on different clinical specimens,which can provide corresponding reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment.In order to improve the accuracy and precision of microbiological test results,inspectors need to strictly follow the specifications.
