156例NT增厚临床结局及评价NT增厚在胎儿先天性发育异常中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的评价NT增厚在胎儿先天性发育异常中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1-12月于本院NT超声检查提示NT增厚的156名孕妇的临床资料,根据NT值分为轻度NT增厚组(NT值2.5~3 mm,n=60)和重度NT增厚组(NT值>3 mm,n=96),分析NT增厚与胎儿先天性发育异常的关系。结果轻度NE增厚组胎儿先天性异常24例,发生率为36.6%,最终引产18例,顺产42例;重度NT增厚组胎儿先天性异常46例,发生率为47.9%,最终引产45例,顺产51例。结论NT值增厚的程度与胎儿先天性发育异常具有一定的相关性,NT检查在产期早期筛查中具有较高的运用价值。Objective To evaluate the application value of NT thickening in fetal congenital dysplasia.Methods The clinical data of 156 preg-nant women with NT thickening in our hospital from January to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into mild NT thickening group(NT value 2.5-3 mm,n=60)and severe NT thickening group(NT value>3 mm,n=96)according to NT value.The relationship be-tween NT thickening and fetal congenital dysplasia was analyzed.Results There were 24 cases of fetal congenital abnormalities in the mild NE thickening group,with incidence of 36.6%,18 cases of final induction of labor,42 cases of normal labor;46 cases of fetal abnormalities in the severe NT thickening group,with incidence of 47.9%,and 45 cases of final induction of labor,51 cases of normal labor.Conclusion The degree of in-creased NT value has certain correlation with fetal congenital dysplasia.NT examination has high application value in the early screening of child-birth.
