摘 要:星基增强系统(satellite-based augmentation system,SBAS)作为重要的卫星导航增强技术之一,可以有效地提高导航信号精度。2020年6月,北斗三号全球卫星导航系统全面完成星座部署,标志着我国北斗卫星导航系统具备了提供星基增强服务的能力。本文介绍了星基增强系统的基本工作原理和星基增强服务在国内外的应用现状,阐述了我国北斗星基增强系统(BDSBAS)的建设和发展情况,重点分析了基于SBAS的PBN飞行程序应用在民航业的特点和优势,并结合我国民航现有的PBN进近方式,探讨了基于BDSBAS的PBN飞行程序在我国民航业的应用前景。As an important satellite navigation enhancement technology,satellite-based augmentation system(SBAS) can effectively improve the accuracy of navigation signals.By June 2020,the BDS-3 global navigation satellite system has completed the constellation deployment,which indicates that the BeiDou global navigation satellite system has the ability to provide satellite-based augmentation services.This article introduces the basic working principle of the satellite-based augmentation system and the application status of the satellite-based augmentation services at home and abroad.It also expounds the construction and development of the BeiDou satellite-based augmentation system(BDSBAS) in China,and as an emphasis analyzes the characteristics and advantages of the SBAS-based PBN flight procedure’s application in the civil aviation industry.Finally,in combination with the existing PBN approach modes in China civil aviation,it discusses the application prospects of PBN flight procedures based on BDSBAS in China civil aviation industry.
