摘　　要：阈下抑郁在老年人群中更常见,也是轻度认知功能损害(mild cognitive impairment,MCI)患者中最常出现的神经精神症状之一,合并阈下抑郁的MCI患者表现出更严重的认知缺陷,并增加了痴呆发生的风险。近年来,人们也更多的关注阈下抑郁的存在与认知障碍的关系。本文中就伴有老年期阈下抑郁的MCI在流行病学和神经影像学方面的研究进展作一综述。Subthreshold depression is common in the elderly.It is also one of the neuropsychiatric symptoms that frequently affect patients with mild cognitive impairment(MCI).MCI patients with subthreshold depression may suffer from more severe cognitive impairment and an increased risk of dementia.In recent years,more attention has been paid to the relationship between subthreshold depression and cognitive impairment.This article reviews the research progress on the epidemiology and neuroimaging of subthreshold depression in the elderly with MCI.
