摘　　要：脂质沉积性肌病(lipid storage myopathy,LSM)是一类以肌纤维内脂肪沉积为病理特征的肌病,现报道1例抑郁症合并脂质沉积性肌病的患者临床诊疗经过,并结合文献对脂质沉积性肌病的临床表现、诊断要点及治疗进行讨论,以提高临床医师的认识。Lipid storage myopathy(LSM)is a disease pathologically characterized by lipid accumulation and storage in muscle fiber.This is a case report of depression with a comorbid condition of LSM.The diagnostic process,symptoms,diagnostic key points,and treatment of this case were discussed in association with literature review to provide a better understanding of this comorbidity in clinical physicians.
