摘 要:文章以重庆三峡农业科学院为例,介绍了该院在绩效考核分配办法上的实践,即对绩效总量分单元进行分配、人员按现任岗位取得薪酬系列进行分类考核、定性考核与定量考核相结合、固定发放与考核发放相结合,分析了实施该分配办法取得的成效及存在的问题,并针对问题提出了加大量化考核比重、优化考核指标体系等建议,以期为其他单位开展相关工作提供参考。Taking Chongqing Three Gorges Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,its practice and exploration on the allocation method of performance appraisal were introduced in the paper,i.e.,which implements the allocation of total performance by units,the assessment of staff according to basic salary categories,the combination of qualitative assessment and quantitative a assessment,and the combination of fixed payment and assessment payment.Effect and problems of implementing this distribution method were analyzed.And according to the problems found in the implementation process,some suggestions were put forward,such as increase the proportion of quantitative assessment and optimize the assessment index system.This will provide reference for related work in other units.
