摘 要:利用大数据技术评价高校教师教学状况,已成为推动教师教学发展的关键环节。当前,高校教师教学发展性评价体系存在的问题主要是,缺乏有效的顶层设计、全面客观评价教师教学的信息系统、有效的统计分析工具方法、促进教师教学成长和发展的针对性措施。构建基于大数据分析的高校教师教学发展性评价体系,应科学做好评价体系的顶层设计,建立教师教学评价反馈系统,综合运用统计分析工具和方法提高教学评价大数据分析能力,加强教师教学发展的激励机制建设。Using big-data technology to evaluate the teaching situation of university teachers has become a key link to promote the development of teachers'teaching.At present,the main problems of university teachers'teaching development evaluation system are the lack of effective top-level design,comprehensive and objective evaluation of teachers'teaching information system,effective statistical analysis tools and methods,and targeted measures to promote the growth and development of teachers'teaching.In order to construct the evaluation system of university teachers'teaching development based on big-data analysis,we should scientifically do a good job in the top-level design of the evaluation system,establish the feedback system of teachers'teaching evaluation,comprehensively use statistical analysis tools and methods to improve the ability of big-data analysis of teaching evaluation,and strengthen the construction of incentive mechanism for teachers'teaching development.
