摘  要:目的:构建高尿酸血症及痛风病人饮食控制依从性量表,为开展针对性干预提供测评工具。方法:在前期研究的基础上,采用文献回顾法并结合中国居民膳食指南、中国高尿酸血症及痛风诊疗指南、美国风湿病学会(ACR)痛风指南等形成初始量表条目池。采用德尔菲法,对22名专家进行两轮函询,根据专家函询结果筛选量表条目。结果:2轮函询问卷有效回收率分别为100.00%,86.36%;2轮函询专家的权威系数分别为0.811,0.808。第2轮专家函询中一级指标、二级指标的肯德尔协调系数分别为0.146,0.158(P<0.05)。构建的高尿酸血症及痛风病人饮食控制依从性量表包括一般健康饮食行为、自我监管、避免类饮食行为、限制类饮食行为、鼓励类饮食行为5个一级指标,40个二级指标。结论:本研究构建的高尿酸血症及痛风病人饮食控制依从性量表,研究方法科学、可靠,可为高尿酸血症及痛风病人饮食控制依从性评价提供借鉴,但还需进一步的实证研究。Objective:To construct a dietary control compliance scale for patients with hyperuricemia and gout and provide an evaluation tool for targeted intervention.Methods:Based on the previous research,the literature review method combined with the Chinese Resident Dietary Guidelines,the Chinese Hyperuricemia and Gout Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines,and the American College of Rheumatology(ACR)Gout Guidelines to form an initial scale entry pool.The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of correspondence inquiries with 22 experts,and the scale entries were screened based on the results of the expert correspondence.Results:The effective recovery rates of the two rounds of questionnaires were 100.00%and 86.36%,respectively;the authority coefficients of the questionnaire experts were 0.811 and 0.808,respectively.The Kendall coordination coefficients of the first‐level indicators and the second‐level indicators in the second round of expert inquiries were 0.146 and 0.158,respectively(P<0.05).The dietary control compliance scale for patients with hyperuricemia and gout included 5 first‐level indicators(general healthy eating behaviors,self‐regulation,avoiding eating behaviors,restricting eating behaviors and encouraging eating behaviors)and 40 second‐level indicators.Conclusions:The constructed diet control compliance scale for patients with hyperuricemia and gout is scientific and reliable.It could provide reference for evaluating diet control compliance for patients with hyperuricemia and gout,and further empirical research is needed.
