摘 要:为探讨不同保鲜液对美丽异木棉(Chorisia speciosa)鲜切花保鲜效果的影响,以美丽异木棉花枝为试材,用蔗糖、8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐、硝酸钙为试剂,开展3因素3水平正交试验设计,进行瓶插试验,测定不同保鲜液对水分平衡值、花枝鲜重变化率、开花率、寿命、花高、花径、相对电导率和过氧化物酶(POD)含量等指标的影响。结果表明,T6处理(20 g/L蔗糖+100 mg/L 8-羟基喹啉柠檬酸盐+200 mg/L硝酸钙)开花率最大(86.96%)、切花寿命最长(8.6天)、单花寿命最长(7.04天),花枝鲜重变化率和水分平衡值瓶插4天均大于0,效果最佳,能显著提高开花率和延长切花寿命,可在生产中推广应用。To explore effects of different preservation liquids on preservation of fresh cut flowers of Chorisia speci⁃osa,taking branches of C.speciosa as experiment materials,sucrose,citroxin and calcium nitrate were used to per⁃form orthogonal design with three factors and three levels.Water balance value,fresh weight change rate of flow⁃ering branches,flowering rate,life span,flower length,flower diameter,relative conductivity and POD content were measured to evaluate effects of different preservation liquids.Results showed that flowering rate,cut flower life and single flower life of T6(sucrose 20 g/L+citroxin 100 mg/L+calcium nitrate 200 mg/L)were the highest,which were 86.96%,8.6 d and 7.04 d respectively.Fresh weight change rate of flowering branches and water balance value were above 0 in four days.The best preservation solution was T6,which could significantly in⁃crease flowering rate,prolong life span of flower and be promoted and applied in production.
