摘 要:为提高香花油茶(Camellia osmantha)果壳的综合利用率,以广西南宁、横州、田阳、来宾4个地区种植的香花油茶为试验材料,分别采用紫外-可见分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定香花油茶果壳和果壳芯的总多酚和鞣花酸含量,计算鞣花酸占总多酚的比重。香花油茶果壳和果壳芯的总多酚和鞣花酸含量受油茶种植地域影响较小,果壳的总多酚含量高于果壳芯;果壳和果壳芯的鞣花酸含量最高分别为187和426μg/g,果壳芯的鞣花酸在总多酚的占比约为果壳的3倍。In order to improve utilization of shell and core of Camellia osmantha fruit,taking C.osmantha from Nanning,Hengzhou,Tianyang and Laibing in Guangxi as materials,contents of total polyphenol in shell and core of C.osmantha fruit were analyzed by UV-vis and contents of ellagic acid were measured by High Perfor⁃mance Liquid Chromatography.Proportion of ellagic acid in total polyphenol was calculated.Results showed that contents of total polyphenol and ellagic acid had little relationship with places where C.osmantha was planted.Content of total polyphenol in shell of C.osmantha fruit was higher than that in core of C.osmantha fruit,Maximum contents of ellagic acid in shell and core of C.osmantha fruit were 187 and 426μg/g.Propor⁃tion of ellagic acid in total polyphenol in core was about three times more than that in shell.
