摘  要:民国伊始,社会背景的混沌以及文化危机的出现,一大批学者开始着眼于教育,以期实现教育救国的伟业,张君劢亦是其中一员。传统书院作为我国文教事业的“地标”,除了对社会民心向背有着“启明星”式的寓意夕卜,自身还包含着增强民族自信心、振兴民族文化等内在价值。伴随与时俱进的教育发展需要,我国传统书院在当代大学建制中得到了一定程度的复兴,但仍存在着大学与书院如何一体化相融合的种种困境。民国时期张君劢复兴书院制度的立意及实践行止,对我国当前大学书院建制中的文化传承、双层管理、师生关系、环境育人等书院文化建设工作,具有一定的以古鉴今的启示性作用。at the beginning of the Republic of China,with the chaos of social background and the emergence of cultural crisis,a large number of scholars began to focus on education in order to realize the great cause of saving the country through education.Zhang Junmai was also one of them.As the“landmark”of China’s cultural and educational undertakings,traditional academies not only have the moral of“enlightening the stars”to the hearts and minds of the people,but also contain the intrinsic values of enhancing national self-confidence and revitalizing national culture.With the development of education,Chinese traditional academies have been revived to a certain extent in the contemporary university system.However,there are still many difficulties in the integration of universities and academies.By investigating Zhang Junmai’s intention and practice of reviving the academy system in the period of the Republic of China,this paper aims to observe the cultural construction of the academy system in China,such as cultural inheritance,double-layer management,teacher-student relationship,and environmental education,which may play an enlightening role in learning from the past and the present.
