地方高校中外合作办学中的问题及对策

摘　　要：当前,地方高校在中外合作办学过程中出现了名义办学目的与实际不一致、办学投入不足、课程安排不合理、学生基础与课程难度不协调、学生的外语水平难以适应、外文授课以及中外双方教师交流与沟通不畅的问题。解决地方高校合作办学中的问题,需要地方高校加强中外合作办学的审批和监管等制度建设,制定科学合理的教学计划和管理方法,加强引进课程的辅助教学团队建设,科学合理地制定和实施招生标准,加强中外合作办学管理委员会建设。At present,in the process of Sino-foreign cooperative education in local universities,there are such problems as the inconsistency between the nominal purpose of education and the actual situation,the insufficient investment in education,the unreasonable curriculum arrangement,the incoordination between students’foundation and curriculum level,the inadaption of students’foreign language level to foreign language teaching,and the poor communication between Chinese and foreign teachers.To solve these problems,we need to strengthen the approval and supervision system of Sino-foreign cooperative education,formulate scientific and reasonable teaching plans and management methods,strengthen the construction of auxiliary teaching team of introduced courses,lay down and implement enrollment standards scientifically and reasonably,and enhance the building of management committee of Sino-foreign cooperative education.
