摘  要:近年来,互联网媒体的快速发展带来了传媒产业对人才需求的更新变化。“非线性编辑技术”课程改革,是在调查研究传媒行业市场需求和反思传统教学现状的基础上,引入先进的OBE教育理念,即以学习产出为导向,以学生为中心,构建培养学生后期编辑操作能力、解决问题综合能力、自主竞争创新能力的课程建设体系。通过整合教学内容,改革教学方法,完善考核方式,进而提高学生的专业实践能力和综合素质,以更好适应传媒行业对专业技能人才的需求,不断提升高校对传媒人才的培养质量。In recent years,the rapid development of Internet media has brought new changes in the demand for talents in the media industry.The reform of“non-linear editing technology”curriculum is aimed at introducing the advanced OBE education concept on the basis of investigating and studying the market demand of media industry and reflecting on the current situation of traditional teaching,namely,building a curriculum construction system with learning output as the guide and students as the center to cultivate students’post-editing operation ability,comprehensive problem-solving ability and independent competition and innovation ability.Through the integration of teaching contents,the reform of teaching methods,and the improvement of assessment methods,we can improve students’professional practice ability and comprehensive quality so sis to better meet the needs of media industry for professionals and constantly improve the quality of media professionals training in universities.
