摘 要:该试验旨在建立一种同时测定生姜中16种农药的GC-MS方法。采用GC-MS法, QuEChERS法前处理生姜样品,乙腈溶液提取, QuEChERS净化管净化,对生姜样品中16种农药进行了多残留分析。16种农药在0.01~1.0mg/L线性范围内,均呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数R^(2)>0.99;在0.01, 0.5和1.0 mg/kg 3个加标浓度下,各农药的平均回收率均在75%~97%之间,相对标准偏差在1.9%~7.8%之间。所建立的方法可以提供准确的定性和定量分析,操作简单、快速、灵敏度高,符合农药多残留检测要求,且所测生姜的农药残留符合国家标准。To establish a GC-MS method for simultaneous determination of 16 pesticides in ginger, 16 pesticides in ginger were analyzed by GC-MS, with QuEChERS, acetonitrile extraction and QuEChERS purification. All the 16 pesticides showed good linear relationship in the linear range of 0.01-1.0 mg/L with correlation coefficient R^(2)>0.99. The recovery rates of added standard at 0.01, 0.5 and 1.0 mg/kg were between 75% and 97%, and the relative standard deviation was between 1.9% and 7.8%. The established method could provide accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis. It was simple, rapid and sensitive. It met the requirements of multi-residue detection of pesticides, and the pesticide residues of pears in the tested met the national standards.
