摘　　要：民族志方法具有深入洞察事物的能力,在图情领域有着悠久的运用历史。《新媒体联盟地平线报告(图书馆版)》认为其对未来研究具有不可忽略的价值。鉴于目前缺乏对该方法运用状况的全面梳理,本研究从历史维度分析和探究民族志方法与现代技术环境不断契合的演进过程,发现其特有的洞察力可为图情研究提供巨大帮助,同时还具有自身不断谋求变革与创新,在数字时代适应与挑战并存等特征。将民族志方法与时代结合,更好地为图情研究服务,依旧是值得探索的问题。Ethnographic method has the ability of insight into things and a long history of application in the field of Library and Information Sciences(LIS).Horizon Report of New Media Alliance believes that it is of great value to future research.In view of the lack of a comprehensive review of the application status of the ethnographic method,the study presents the evolution process of ethnographic method consistent with the modern technological environment from the historical perspective,and evaluates its application value and prospect in the development of LIS.It is still a topic using ethonographic method to serve the research of LIS by innovation in the enviornment of digital era.
