摘　　要：华盛顿大学移动信息素养项目致力于满足使用移动设备群体的需求,促使移动设备用户能够平等参与网络交流。项目课程构建以信息和数据素养、交流与协作、数字内容创建、安全、解决问题为依据,涵盖多项能力指标。项目通过与公共机构开展合作,推动转型期社会的信息化建设。研究认为,项目的主要特点是多元化合作、国际化的素养框架、以学习者为中心的教学、以信息安全为课程特色,这些特点也成为推动课程持续发展的原动力。研究试图从多方合作、内容构建、以学习者为中心三个方面为中国移动信息素养教育的发展提供借鉴,拓宽移动信息素养教育的广度和深度。The mobile information literacy project of the University of Washington is committed to meeting the needs of the mobile device group and promoting the mobile device users to participate in network communication on an equal footing.The construction of the project curriculum is based on information and data literacy,communication and collaboration,digital content creation,safety,and problem solving,and covers multiple capability indicators.The project managed to promote the informatization construction of the societies in transition through cooperation with public institutions.This paper believes that the project’s main features are diversified cooperation,international literacy framework,learner-centered teaching,and information security as the curriculum feature.These features have also become the driving force of the continuous development of the curriculum.This study attempts to provide a reference for the development of mobile information literacy education in China from the three aspects of multi-party cooperation,content construction,and focusing on learner,so as to broaden the scope and depth of mobile information literacy education.
