摘 要:土石坝坝基少黏性土或砂土液化是一种严重的地震次生灾害,对大坝的安全运行构成严重威胁。土石坝坝基土地震液化判别和抗震稳定分析,不仅是确保水库长期安全运行的关键,也是工程抗震安全研究的重点。以刘楼水库为例,文章首先依据规范对刘楼水库坝基土液化可能性进行判别,再选取抗震最不利断面进行静力和动力有限元分析,并对大坝整体抗震稳定性进行评价。分析结果表明,刘楼水库遭遇7度地震时,坝基砂壤土局部发生液化,但主要液化区域为表层或浅层轻微液化,不影响大坝整体稳定,并提出减少坝基土液化的相关工程措施,以满足水库长期安全运行的要求。文章提出的研究方法和抗震措施对土石坝抗震安全研究和水库除险加固设计具有一定借鉴意义。The liquefaction of less cohesive soil or sandy in the foundation of earth-rock dam is a serious secondary earthquake disaster,which poses a serious threat to the safe operation of earth-rock dam. Seismic liquefaction discrimination and seismic stability analysis of earth dam foundation are not only the key to ensure long-term safe operation of reservoirs,but also the key points of seismic safety research of engineering. Taking Liulou Reservoir as an example,the liquefaction possibility of the dam foundation soil is discriminated according to the criterion,and then the most unfavorable section is selected and the static and dynamic finite element analysis was carried out. Finally,the overall seismic stability of the dam was evaluated. The analysis results show that partial liquefaction occurs in the sand loam of the dam foundation when Liulou Reservoir was subjected to a 7 degree earthquake,the main liquefaction area was slight liquefied in the surface or shallow layer,which did not affect the overall stability of the dam. In addition,the relative engineering measures to reduce the liquefaction of dam foundation soil are put forward to meet the requirements of long-term safe operation of the reservoir. The research method and seismic measures presented in this paper can be used for reference to the seismic safety research of earth-rock dam and the design of reservoir reinforcement.
