摘 要:以La(NO3)3·6H_(2)O,Eu(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O和正丁胺等为原料,采用水热法合成La(OH)3∶Eu^(3+)纳米棒前驱体,进而退火制备La_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+)纳米棒,并通过X射线衍射、扫描电镜及荧光光谱分析等手段对产物进行表征。结果表明,所得纳米棒呈现出多孔的棒状形貌,具有较高的结晶度。通过荧光光谱分析,La_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+)纳米棒在288 nm附近的电荷迁移带激发下,主要发射峰位于611 nm附近并呈现出鲜艳的红色荧光,对应Eu^(3+)的^(5)D_(0)→^(7)F_(2)跃迁。In this paper,La(OH)3∶Eu^(3+)precursors were synthesized via the hydrothermal method using La(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O,Eu(NO_(3))_(3)·6H_(2)O,and n-butylamine as source materials.La_(2)O_(3)∶Eu^(3+)nanorods were converted from La(OH)3∶Eu^(3+)precursors through annealing.The as-synthesized nanorods were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy and photoluminescence spectra.Our results show that the nanorods were well-crystallized with porous morphology.Their photoluminescence spectra presented a strong emission around 611 nm,arising from the 5D0→7F2 transition of Eu^(3+)ions,which was resulted from the excitation by the charge transfer band at 288 nm.
