摘  要:针对目前空间运载器中捷联IMU采用的经典液浮陀螺寿命相对较短、不能适应长寿命星船任务的实际情况,以长寿命货运飞船任务需求为牵引,研制了二浮陀螺,并从动压气体轴承电机的可靠“启-停”技术、二浮陀螺力学环境适应性、大量程与高分辨率测姿、长期稳定性4个方面对研制的二浮陀螺进行了工程验证。验证结果表明:研制的二浮陀螺实现了15000次的可靠“启-停”,经受了14 g rms随机振动、600 g冲击以及14 g正弦扫描力学环境试验考核。数据分析可知二浮陀螺的量程约为23°/s,且分辨率不低于1.865×10^(-4)°/s,误差参数的6年稳定性结果满足研制任务要求,目前已经过货运飞船首次飞行试验考核,表现良好。理论分析和试验验证表明,二浮陀螺在实现长寿命星船任务中具有特殊优势,是可行、可靠的。The lifetime of the classic liquid-floating gyro used in strapdown Inertial Measurement Unit(‘abbreviated as IMU’)is relatively short for the current spacecrafts,and it can not adapt to the long-life star-ship mission.A two-floating gyroscope was developed.Based on the requirements of long-life cargo spacecraft mission,the reliable“start-stop”of the dynamic pressure gas-bearing motor,the mechanical environment adaptability,the large-range and high-resolution attitude measurement and the long-term stability technology of the two-floating gyroscope were verified in engineering.The results showed that 15000 times reliable“start-stop”of the two-floating gyro were realized,and the mechanical environment test of 14 g rms random vibration,600 g impact and 14 g sinusoidal scanning was normal.The data analysis showed that the range of the two-bearing gyro was about 23°/s and its resolution was not lower than 1.865×10^(-4)°/s,and the five-year stability result of error parameters satisfied the mission requirements.At present,it has passed the first flight test of the cargo spacecraft and performed well.Theoretical analysis and experimental verification showed that the two-floating gyro had special advantages to long-life star-ship missions.And it is feasible and reliable.
