摘　　要：在国家的大力推广下,设计院EPC工程总承包模式在当下的工程建设项目中使用范围日渐广泛。论文主要依托“乡村振兴”战略,以上海市崇明区“稻田驿站”工程为例,针对此类规模较小但设计要求高、施工难度大的地标工程,在全成本视角下探讨了项目风险管理及合同模式策划问题。With the vigorous promotion of the country,design institute EPC project general contracting mode is increasingly used in current engineering construction projects.Relying on the"rural revitalization"strategy,paper takes Shanghai Chongming District"Paddy Station"project as an example,for such small scale landmark projects with high design requirements and difficult construction,paper discusses the project risk management and contract mode planning from the perspective of total cost.
