摘　　要：市政道路对我国的经济发展、社会的民生保障有着重要的作用,如今EPC总承包在房建市政领域的优势逐渐显现,因此对市政道路EPC总承包项目工程开展研究十分重要。论文对市政道路工程EPC总承包项目中存在的问题进行深入分析,总结了市政道路EPC总承包项目工程造价的风险控制与工程管理要点,可为其他市政道路工程建设提供参考。Municipal roads play an important role in my country’s economic development and social security of people’s livelihood.Now the advantages of EPC general contracting in the field of housing construction and municipal administration have gradually emerged,so it is very important to carry out research on municipal road EPC general contracting projects.Through an in-depth analysis of the problems in the EPC general contracting project of municipal road engineering,this paper summarizes the risk control and project management key points of the EPC general contracting municipal road project engineering cost,which can provide for other municipal road engineering construction reference.
