摘　　要：髓系细胞触发受体-1(TREM-1)是一种重要的炎症反应调节因子,在感染性和非感染性炎症的发病中均起有主要作用。本文通过分析TREM-1的结构和存在形式、调节炎症的作用机制以及与免疫相关性肠病的关系等方面来阐述TREM-1在免疫相关性肠病诊治中的作用,探讨TREM-1作为免疫相关性肠病诊断、判断预后和治疗靶点的潜在价值。Triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cells-1(TREM-1),which plays a major role in the pathogenesis of infectious and non-infectious inflammation,is an important inflammation regulator.This article reviewed the structure and forms of TREM-1,mechanism on regulation of inflammation and relationship with immune-related intestinal diseases,thereby to investigate the role and potential value of TREM-1 on diagnosis,prognosis prediction and treatment target in immune-related intestinal diseases.
