摘　　要：磷酸赖氨酸磷酸组氨酸无机焦磷酸盐磷酸酶(LHPP)是一种从蠕虫到人类进化中高度保守的组氨酸磷酸酶。最近研究表明,LHPP作为一种肿瘤抑制因子,可通过参与多种细胞信号通路和蛋白质磷酸化的调节,抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、生长和迁移,促进凋亡。因此,对LHPP作用机制的深入研究,有助于寻找诊断和预测相关肿瘤的最佳分子标志物及治疗靶点,对于改善相关肿瘤的预后至关重要。Phospholysine phosphohistidine inorganic pyrophosphate phosphatase(LHPP)is a highly conserved histidine phosphatase from worms to humans in evolution.Recent studies have shown that LHPP,as a tumor suppressor,can inhibit the proliferation,growth and migration of the cells and promote apoptosis by participating in the regulation of various cell signaling pathways and protein phosphorylation.Therefore,the deeply study on the mechanism of LHPP is helpful to explore the best diagnostic markers and therapeutic targets for related tumors,which is essential for improving the prognosis of related tumors.
