摘 要:目的了解高等职业学校护理专业学生(高职护生)的人文关怀能力及影响因素。方法选择护理专业三年级应届高职护生263名,于实习结束时采用一般资料调查表(年龄、性别、家庭所在地、是否具有照护经历、高考第一志愿、专业选择原因、专业喜爱程度、从事护理工作的意愿、父母受教育程度,学校及家庭关怀氛围)和人文关怀能力量表[CAI,包括认知(14个条目,对关怀相关知识的认识程度)、勇气(13个条目,主动关心自己、他人及处理未知情况的能力)及耐心(10个条目,耐性和持之以恒的毅力,给予关怀对象时间及空间上的支持)3个维度]进行调查,比较CAI总分及各维度得分与全国常模的差异,采用单因素分析和多元线性回归分析影响其人文关怀能力的主要因素。结果本调查群体CAI总分为(180.75±16.91)分,处于国内常模中等分段水平,与全国常模比较,差异有统计学意义(t=-9.866,P<0.001),认知、勇气,耐心3个维度得分均低于全国常模水平(t=-9.347、-1.790、-10.460,P<0.05或P<0.001);是否具有照护经历、第一志愿是否为护理专业、专业喜爱程度、从事护理工作的意愿、家庭关怀氛围、学校关怀氛围是影响其人文关怀能力的主要因素(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论高职护生人文关怀能力的影响因素较多,应多途径重视护生人文关怀能力的培养。Objective To understand the humanistic care ability and influencing factors of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.Methods Two hundred and sixty-three nursing students in the third grade of nursing major were selected.At the end of the practice,the general information questionnaire(age,gender,family address,nursing experience,first choice in the college entrance examination,reasons for specialty selection,degree of preference for specialty,willingness to engage in nursing,education level of their parents,and school and family care)and humanistic care ability scale[Caring Ability Inventory(CAI)-three dimensions:cognition(14 items,understanding of care related knowledge),courage(13 items,ability to actively care for themselves,others and deal with unknown situations)and patience(10 items,patience and perseverance,giving time and space support to care objects)]were used.The differences between the total score and each dimension score of CAI and the national norm were compared,and the main factors affecting their humanistic care ability were analyzed by single factor analysis and multiple linear regression.Results The total CAI score of the survey group was(180.75±16.91),which was at the medium level of the domestic norm.Compared with the national norm,the difference was statistically significant(t=-9.866,P<0.001).The scores of cognition,courage and patience were lower than those of the national norm(t=-9.347,-1.790,-10.460,P<0.05 or P<0.001);The main factors affecting their humanistic care ability were whether they had nursing experience,whether their first choice was nursing major,professional love,willingness to engage in nursing work,family and school care atmosphere(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion There are many influencing factors on humanistic care ability of nursing students in higher vocational colleges.It should pay attention to the cultivation of humanistic care ability of nursing students in many ways.
