摘 要:丹东地区位于辽宁东部,属中山丘陵地貌,该区优越的自然环境为各类真菌的繁衍创造了极其有利的条件,其中记载野生食用菌149种。野生食用菌不仅无污染、味道鲜美、营养丰富,并且一些种类的提取物还具有抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降胆固醇、降血脂、提高人体免疫力、美白等功效。为了解丹东地区野生食用菌资源状况,该文通过调查确定丹东地区野生食用菌42种,常见野生食用菌分属12科24种,其中药用食用菌3种,为丹东地区野生食用菌的开发和利用提供依据。Located in the eastern part of Liaoning Province,Dandong was a hilly landform of Zhongshan.The superior natural environment in this area had created extremely favorable conditions for the reproduction of various kinds of fungi,among which 149 species of wild edible fungi were found.Wild edible fungi not only pollution-free,delicious taste,rich nutrition,and some kinds of extracts also had the effect of anti-oxidation,anti-tumor,lowering cholesterol,lowering blood fat,improving human immunity,whitening and so on.In order to understand the resource status of wild edible fungi in Dandong area,this paper identified 42 species of wild edible fungi in Dandong area through investigation,and the common wild edible fungi belonged to 12 families and 24 species,including 3 species of medicinal edible fungi,which provided the basis for the development and utilization of wild edible fungi in Dandong area.
