园艺专业创新人才培养的探索和实践--以德州学院为例

摘　　要：针对现代园艺发展特点以及社会对园艺人才需求的多样性,采用实地考察的形式对德州学院及山东省多所高校园艺专业人才培养情况进行调研,分析了人才培养在园艺专业教学过程中存在问题,强化实践教学内容,培养学生创新思维;以创新创业为核心制定园艺专业人才培养方案;完善园艺专业创新实习实训基地建设;根据社会对人才的需求特点,改革创新人才培养模式等方面提出了园艺专业创新创业人才培养体系的建立.通过产教融合、搭建实践平台及加强师资创新能力培养等提升了创新创业人才培养水平.In view of the development characteristics of modern horticulture and the diversity of social demand for horticultural talents,this paper investigates the cultivation of horticultural professionals in Dezhou University and many colleges and universities in Shandong Province by means of questionnaire and on-the-spot investigation,and analyzes the problems existing in the teaching process of Horticulture Major,such as strengthening the practical teaching content,cultivating students'innovative thinking and taking innovation and entrepreneurship as the core This paper puts forward the establishment of the cultivation system of innovative and entrepreneurial talents of Horticulture Major from the following aspects:to formulate the training scheme of horticulture professionals;to improve the construction of innovative practice training base;to reform the training mode of innovative talents according to the characteristics of social demand for talents.Through the integration of production and education,building practice platform and strengthening the cultivation of teachers'innovative ability,the training level of innovative and entrepreneurial t alents has been improved.
