我国高校高水平足球队现状与发展对策

摘　　要：高校高水平足球队的成立可以实现国家培养体育人才的目的,也可以解决后备体育人才不足及运动员退役后就业与社会生存等问题。但不可否认的是,我国高校高水平足球队在组建的过程中存在着许多问题,如球队管理制度不健全、教练员水平参差不齐、运动员训练和文化学习矛盾突出、球队招生自主权不足、球队经费不足等,该文对此提出相应对策:进一步加强高水平球员保障;合理化整合队伍结构;提高联赛开展水平;完善教练员、运动员监督评价体系;实现体育和教育的双重价值。The establishment of high-level football teams in colleges and universities can achieve the goal of cultivating sports talents in the country,and can also solve the shortage of reserve sports talents and solve the problems of employment and social survival of athletes after retirement.However,it is undeniable that there are many problems in the formation of high-level football teams in colleges and universities in my country,such as imperfect team management system,uneven level of coaches,prominent contradictions in athlete training and cultural learning,and insufficient autonomy in team admissions.The team's funding is insufficient,and the corresponding countermeasures should be put forward:to further strengthen the protection of high-level players;rationalize and integrate the team structure;promote the level of league development;improve the supervision and evaluation system of coaches and athletes,and realize the dual values of sports and education.
