摘  要:本研究通过分析智能配穴国内外研究现状,总结针灸文献中常见复杂网络构建方式,讨论“六度分离”中“度”在不同研究中的含义,借鉴其定量思想用于配穴数目定量研究。本团队基于复杂网络理论中“平均路径长度”概念,针对《针灸甲乙经》《千金方》《针灸大成》《针灸治疗学》《新针灸学》《经络腧穴学》6部代表性针灸历代专著中关于穴位及其主治的文字叙述,构建包含30万条数据的穴-症网络,得到衔接不同穴位的配穴数目结果为2(1.87+0.2),即复杂网络意义上,通过症状相关性寻求治疗处方的基本穴位数目为4个。这一结论将用于智能配穴算法中穴位处方数量的确定,为智能针灸机器人等新型中医装备的研发提供重要基础。By analyzing the research status of intelligent acupoints compatibility at home and abroad,this study summarized the common complex network construction methods and discussed the meaning of‘six degrees of separation’in different acupuncture literature and used its quantitative thought for the quantitative studies on the number of matching points.The team constructed the acupoint-syndrome network,which contained 300,000 data,by reviewing the narration of acupoints and their indications in the books of Zhen Jiu Jia Yi Jing,Qian Jin Fang,Zhen Jiu Da Cheng,Zhen Jiu Zhi Liao Xue,Xin Zhen Jiu Xue and Jing Luo Shu Xue Xue,these six representative monographs of acupuncture and moxibustion in the past dynasties,based on the concept of‘average path length’of complex network theory.In terms of the complex network,the number of matching points for connecting different points was 2(1.87+0.2),and the number of basic acupoints seeking treatment through symptom correlation was 4.This conclusion will be used to determine the number of acupoints of prescriptions in the intelligent acupoint matching algorithm,aiming to provide an important basis for the research and development of new traditional Chinese medicine equipment,such as intelligent acupuncture robot.
