后顶穴在王居易经络诊察体系的临证应用

摘　　要：王居易教授通过50余年临床实践总结出以经络辨证为主导的经络诊察体系,应用对象主要包括“内科病证”“筋经病证”两大范畴。督脉后顶穴定位方法独特,并进一步细化其主治范围:应用于以“风”“寒”所致气滞血瘀的筋经病证,而对于“湿”邪为病收效甚微,主要治疗以督脉循行为主的后正中线及两侧旁开半寸部位经筋病为主,强调穴位需经络诊察手法精准定位,同时施特殊行针手法即“搓针导气法”,配合患者呼吸通过长留针以便更好地激发督脉经气,取得更佳的临床疗效。Professor WANG Juyi concluded that the clinical application of meridian palpation covered internal medicine diseases and meridian sinew diseases,based on his clinical practice more than 50 years.The locating method of Houding(DU19)is specific and the application of the point needs to be further refined.DU19 is quite effective for meridian sinew diseases,which are caused by wind,coldness and stasis,but it has little effect for the diseases caused by dampness.Therefore it is mainly used to treat the meridian sinew diseases located in the posterior midline and the half inch apart from both sides of Du meridian.The precise location of the point by meridian palpation method is strengthened,and at the same time,the special acupuncture manipulation are required,which is known as‘rubbing needles to guide qi’,accompanied with the breathing of the patients,so as to achieve better clinical effect through long retaining of needles and the activation of qi circulation.
