从腧穴定位看经络与肌筋膜的相关性

摘　　要：关于经络组织结构的研究一直在进行,但目前尚未有明确结论。在临床实践中,常习惯于用神经系统和体液系统来解释经络。本研究意在以腧穴定位为切入点来阐述经络与肌筋膜之间的联系。据统计,人体共362个经穴,其中有177个穴位于骨骼、软骨、韧带与肌腱关节处。从这点可以看出,经络与肌筋膜系统有着紧密的联系,而且古人的针灸理论中也有对肌筋膜的运用。这并不是要否认神经系统在经络中的重要性,而是提示从肌筋膜的角度来认识经络,而且通过比较神经系统、体液系统和肌筋膜系统三者的不同,可以制定出不同的治疗方案,使治疗更具针对性。将肌筋膜的相关理论引入到经络中,这在肌筋膜疾病日益增多的当代社会有着重要意义,更重要的是能丰富经络的内涵、明确经络的实质,进一步丰富治疗理论与治疗方案,提高临床疗效。The research on the structure of meridians has been going on,but there is no clear conclusion at present.In clinical practice,people used to explain meridians with nervous system and humoral system.This study aimed to discuss the relationship between meridian and myofascial from the point of acupoint location.According to statistics,there are 362 acupoints in human body,among which 177 points are located around bone,cartilage,ligament,tendon and joint.It can be seen that there is a close relationship between meridians and myofascial system.The ancient acupuncture theory also includes the use of myofascial.This is not to deny the importance of the nervous system to the meridians,but to understand the meridians from the perspective of myofascial.By comparing the differences among the nervous system,humoral system and myofascial system,the different treatment plans can be formed to make the treatment more targeted.It is of great significance to introduce the theory of myofascial into the meridians in the contemporary society where myofascial diseases are increasing day by day.More importantly,it can help to enrich the connotation of meridians and clarify the essence of meridians,as well as to further enrich treatment principles and plans thus to improve clinical efficacy.
