Initiation and Fulfillment:How Can Saga of Higher Education Organizations be Possible?——Based on the Perspective of Comparison Between China and the United States

摘  要:通过对高等教育组织传奇缔造的再思考,有利于促进高等教育治理体系和治理能力的现代化,促进“双一流”建设,促进我国高等教育提质增效和内涵式发展。研究基于国际比较的视角,在中美两国分别选取了3所不同类型的大学(学院),先对高等教育组织传奇发端的3种情况进行比较研究,再对影响高等教育组织传奇达成的5种因素进行比较研究。最后,文章总结了我国实现从高等教育大国到强国的转变路径:要抓住机遇促成高等教育组织传奇的发端、用好要素实现高等教育组织传奇的达成、加强连接促进高等教育组织传奇的延续。It is beneficial to promote the modernization of higher education governance system and governance ability,promote the construction of"double first-class",and promote the quality and efficiency and connotative development of China’s higher education through rethinking the creation of higher education organizational saga.Based on the perspective of international comparison,three different types of universities(colleges)are chosen respectively from the two countries,making a comparative study on the three situations of the initiation of the saga of higher education organization firstly.Then,studying the five factors of its fulfillment.In the end,this paper summarizes the transformation path of China from a big country of higher education to a powerful country.There are three enlightenments:to seize opportunity to promote the initiation of higher education organizational saga,to make full use of the elements to fulfill higher education organizational saga,and to strengthen the connection to consolidate the fulfillment of higher education organizational saga.
