摘　　要：目的探讨老年非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者化疗全周期(4个周期)中医体质变化与化疗所致呕吐的相关性。方法选取2019年2月-2020年2月在上海市3所三级甲等医院进行化疗的24例老年NSCLC患者为研究对象。采用调查表对患者进行化疗全周期中医体质类型评估和呕吐等级分级评定,并对数据进行统计分析。结果老年NSCLC患者化疗过程中,患者中医体质主要向阴虚质和气虚质转化,且向气虚质转化的例数最多。采用K-W秩和检验发现,全周期化疗期间不同中医体质类型与发生的呕吐等级差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。采用spearman秩相关分析发现,不同体质患者的化疗周期与呕吐等级有相关性(P<0.05)。结论老年NSCLC患者化疗过程中,平和质患者逐渐向偏颇体质转化,且主要向阴虚质和气虚质转化;中医体质与化疗所致呕吐有关,气虚质最盛,且气虚质患者呕吐等级随化疗周期延长而加重。Objective To explore the correlation between the changes of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)constitution type and chemotherapy-induced vomiting in the whole cycle(4 cycles)of chemotherapy in elderly patients with nonsmall cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods Twenty-four elderly patients with NSCLC who underwent chemotherapy in 3 tertiary A hospitals in Shanghai city from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected as the research subjects.The questionnaires were used to investigate the TCM constitution type and vomiting grade of the patients in the whole cycle of chemotherapy,and the data were statistically analyzed.Results In the course of chemotherapy,the TCM constitution type of the patients was mainly transformed into Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency,and the number of cases transformed into Qi deficiency was the most.Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that the chemotherapy cycle of patients with different TCM constitution type was correlated with the grade of vomiting(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of chemotherapy in elderly patients with NSCLC,the patient’s TCM constitution changes gradually from peaceful to biased,and mainly transformed into Yin deficiency and Qi deficiency.TCM constitution type is related to vomiting caused by chemotherapy.Qi deficiency is the most abundant,and the vomiting grade of patients with Qi deficiency is aggravated with the extension of chemotherapy cycle.
