摘　　要：目的通过对轻度认知障碍老年患者提供认知训练,改善其认知功能。方法选取2019年1月-2020年1月在华山医院就诊的轻度认知障碍老年患者100例,按随机数字表法分为对照组(n=50)和试验组(n=50)。试验组采用常规护理及认知训练方案,对照组采用常规护理。干预前和干预后12个月时,采用简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MOCA)和日常生活能力量表(ADL)评估患者的认知功能和生活自理能力,并采用统计学方法比较。结果干预前,2组的MMSE、MOCA和ADL评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预12个月后,试验组的MMSE、MOCA和ADL评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论通过认知训练可改善老年轻度认知障碍患者的认知功能,提高其生活质量。Objective To study the effect of cognitive training on elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment who were admitted to Huashan Hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected.According to the random number table,they were divided into control group(n=50)and experimental group(n=50).The experimental group was treated with routine nursing and cognitive training program,while the control group was treated with routine nursing.Before intervention and 12 months after intervention,the Mini-Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MOCA),and Daily Living Ability Scale(ADL)were used to evaluate the cognitive function and self-care ability of patients,and statistical methods were used for comparison.Results Before intervention,the scores of MMSE,MOCA and ADL between the two groups were not statistically different(P>0.05).After 12 months of intervention,the scores of MMSE,MOCA and ADL of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Cognitive training can improve the cognitive function and quality of life of elderly patients with mild cognitive impairment.
