摘　　要：清末民初,蔡锷坚决揭露和抨击法国帝国主义侵犯中国邮政主权的行径,努力谋求驱逐西南法国邮局的方法与途径,为中国人民反对帝国主义列强侵略,挽回国家邮政主权指明了正确的方向。在改革开放新的历史条件下,蔡锷国家邮政主权思想与实践对中国邮政在加强与各国邮政的联系,推进双边、多边邮政国际合作中,坚定维护国家主权,仍然具有重要的借鉴价值和现实意义。In the last years of the Qing Dynasty and early years of the Republic of China,Cai E resolutely exposed and attacked the infringement of Chinese Postal sovereignty by French imperialism.He tried to find ways to expel French post office in the southwest of China and pointed out the right direction for the Chinese people to fight against imperialist aggression and retrieve national postal sovereignty.Under the new historical conditions of reform and opening up,Cai E’s national postal sovereignty thought and practice is still of great value in its reference and practical significance for China Post to firmly uphold national sovereignty while strengthening ties with postal services in other countries and promoting bilateral and multilateral postal international cooperation.
