摘 要:立德树人是研究生导师的首要职责,但医学院校落实导师立德树人职责面临着立德树人目标与导师角色定位的矛盾、分类培养要求与传统育人观念的矛盾、导学关系升华与师生互动不足的矛盾、强化监督管理与难于考核评价的矛盾。通过分析以上结构性矛盾,提出完善导师遴选机制、培养机制、育人机制与考评机制的有效路径。医学院校需要结合医学研究生教育的具体实际和基本规律,不断探索切实有效的方法途径,提高导师立德树人的实效性。It is the first duty for a postgraduate tutor to enhance morality and foster talents.However,medical colleges and universities are faced with the contradiction between the goal of enhancing morality and fostering talents and the role positioning of the tutor,the contradiction between the classification training requirements and the traditional education concept,the contradiction between the sublimation of the tutoring relationship and the insufficient interaction between teachers and students,and the contradiction between strengthening supervision of management and difficult assessment.Based on the analysis of the above structural contradictions,this article proposes an effective path to improve the tutor selection mechanism,training mechanism,education mechanism and evaluation mechanism.Medical colleges and universities need to combine the specific reality and basic laws of medical postgraduate education,and constantly explore practical and effective methods to improve the effectiveness of tutors.
