摘  要:激光熔覆是一种新的表面改性技术,利用高能密度的激光束使基材表面的熔覆材料与薄层一起熔凝,形成冶金结合的添料熔覆层。综述了国内激光熔覆技术的研究状况,概括性地分析了激光熔覆技术研究热点,比如直接制造技术和激光修复技术的优点和面临的问题,并总结对比了钢基体和铝合金基体的激光熔覆常用工艺参数。由于激光熔覆的高成本限制了激光熔覆技术的广泛应用,未来有效控制成本将成为该领域发展的关键。The laser cladding was a new surface modification technology,which used high-energy density laser beam to fuse the cladding material on the substrate surface with the thin layer to form a metallurgical bonding filler layer.It was summarized that the research status of laser cladding technology in China,including the research hotspots such as the advantages and problems of direct manufacturing and laser repairing technology,and summarized and compared the common process parameters of laser cladding on steel substrate and aluminum alloy substrate.Due to the high costs,laser cladding technology could not be more widely used in various fields,and effective costs control has been becoming the key to the development of the industry in the future.
