摘　　要：目的关于老年与中青年消化性溃疡临床与内镜特点分析。方法选择2017年12月至2019年1月来我院进行治疗的210例发病年龄在≥65岁的消化性溃疡患者作为本文的老年组,选择同期来我院进行治疗的另外210例发病年龄<65岁的消化性溃疡患者作为本文发的中青年组,对两组患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,研究老年消化性溃疡患者的临床和内镜特征。结果通过分析研究可以得出老年消化性溃疡患者和中青年消化性溃疡患者相比在临床症状和内定特点等多个方面都具有差异表现,P<0.05,存在统计学意义。结论老年消化性溃疡患者的临床症状和中青年患者相比表现的更加严重,并且存在特异性的特点,内镜下可以看出患者的直径相对较大,形状不规则,所以应重视对老年消化性溃疡的临床治疗工作。Objective Analysis of clinical and endoscopic characteristics of peptic ulcer in the elderly and middle-aged and young people.Methods A total of 210 patients with peptic ulcer age of≥65 years who were admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to January 2019 were enrolled as the elderly group.The other 210 patients who were admitted to our hospital for the same age were included in the age of onset.A 65 years old peptic ulcer patient was retrospectively analyzed in the clinical data of the two groups to study the clinical and endoscopic features of elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Results Through analysis and research,it can be concluded that the elderly patients with peptic ulcer have different performances in clinical symptoms and internal characteristics compared with the young and middle-aged patients with peptic ulcer,P<0.05,statistically significant.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of elderly patients with peptic ulcer are more serious than those of young and middle-aged patients,and they have specific characteristics.Endoscopically,the diameter of the patient is relatively large and the shape is irregular.Therefore,attention should be paid to the digestion of the elderly.Clinical treatment of ulcers.
