牙体牙髓病患者采用多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的治疗效果对比分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析牙体牙髓病患者采用多次法根管治疗与一次性根管治疗的治疗效果。方法选择2017年至2020年我院收治的50例牙体牙髓病患者作为对照组,安排多次法根管治疗方案进行治疗,同时再选择同时期收治的50例牙体牙髓病患者作为试验组,安排一次性根管治疗方案进行治疗,比较两组患者经过两种不同治疗方案治疗之后的疗效差异以及并发症发生率情况。结果治疗效果:对照组通过多次法根管治疗方法治疗之后,共计有44.00%的患者治疗显效,36.00%的患者治疗有效,20.00%的患者治疗无效,总治疗有效率为80.00%,试验组通过一次性根管治疗方法治疗之后,共计有72.00%的患者治疗显效,24.00%的患者治疗有效,4.00%的患者治疗无效,总治疗有效率为96.00%,试验组患者的总治疗有效率显著更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组患者的总并发症发生率显著低与对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在牙体牙髓病患者的治疗中,相比于多次法根管治疗,一次性根管治疗可在更大程度上提高治疗效果,减少并发症,对患者病情康复更有利,可进一步推广。Objective To study the effect of multiple root canal treatment and disposable root canal treatment in patients with dental pulp disease.Methods Fifty patients with dental pulp disease who were admitted to our hospital between 2017 and 2020 were selected as control groups,and many treatment plans for root canal were arranged.At the same time,50 patients with dental pulp disease who were admitted at the same time were selected as experimental groups.A single treatment plan was arranged for the root canal,and the difference in efficacy and the incidence of complications between the two groups of patients after two different treatment plans was compared.Results The treatment effect:in the control group,44.00%of the patients were markedly effective,36.00%were effective,20.00%were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 80.00%.In the experimental group,72.00%of the patients were markedly effective,24.00%were effective,and 4.00%were ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.00%,the total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the total complication rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of dental pulp disease patients,compared with multiple root canal treatment,disposable root canal treatment can improve the treatment effect to a greater extent,reduce complications,more beneficial to the patient's rehabilitation,and can be further promoted.
