双镜联合保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨双镜联合保胆取石术治疗胆囊结石的临床效果。方法收集2016年1月至2018年12月100例胆囊结石患者,随机分组。开腹胆囊切除手术方案组(n=50)采取开腹胆囊切除手术方案,双镜联合保胆取石术组(n=50)实施胆囊结石的双镜联合保胆取石术。分析胆囊结石手术实施的平均时间、手术的整体出血水平、手术之后恢复排气的平均时间、整体住院的天数;治疗前后患者生活质量量表不同维度的评分值;胆汁反流性胃炎、腹胀、腹泻、感染等并发症。结果双镜联合保胆取石术组生活质量量表不同维度的评分值、胆囊结石手术实施的平均时间、手术的整体出血水平、手术之后恢复排气的平均时间、整体住院的天数、胆汁反流性胃炎、腹胀、腹泻、感染等并发症和开腹胆囊切除手术方案组比较有优势,P<0.05。结论胆囊结石患者实施胆囊结石的双镜联合保胆取石术效果确切。Objective To explore the clinical effect of double mirrors combined with gallstone preservation and stone removal in the treatment of gallbladder stones.Methods Collect 100 patients with gallbladder stones from January 2016 to December 2018,and randomly group them.The open cholecystectomy plan group(n=50)adopted the open cholecystectomy plan,and the double mirror combined gallstone preservation group(n=50)performed the double mirror combined gallstone preservation surgery group.Analyze the average time of performing gallbladder stone surgery,the overall bleeding level of the surgery,the average time to recover gas after the operation,and the overall number of days in hospital;the scores of different dimensions of the patient's quality of life scale before and after treatment;bile reflux gastritis,abdominal distension,complications such as diarrhea and infection.Results The scores of different dimensions of the quality of life scale in the double mirror combined gallstone preservation group,the average time of performing gallbladder stones surgery,the overall bleeding level of the surgery,the average time to recover exhaust after the surgery,the overall number of days in the hospital,and bile reflux complications such as gastritis,abdominal distension,diarrhea,infection and open cholecystectomy were better compared with the open cholecystectomy group,P<0.05.Conclusion Double mirror combined biliary stone extraction is effective in patients with gallstone.
