中医活血化瘀方案治疗脑出血对血肿吸收及神经功能缺损程度的影响

摘　　要：目的研究中医活血化瘀方案治疗脑出血对血肿吸收和神经功能的影响。方法回顾性分析2019年4月至2021年1月来我院治疗的68例脑出血患者的临床资料。其中通过常规方案治疗的患者35例,设为对照组,通过中医活血化瘀方案治疗的患者33例,设为观察组,统计两组患者的临床结局等资料,并进行比较。结果①观察组治疗之后的血肿体积和入院时相比缩小明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。②观察组治疗后3周的NIHSS评分改善情况明显优于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论通过中医活血化瘀方案治疗脑出血可有效的促进患者血肿的吸收,改善患者的神经功能,值得推荐。Objective To study the effect of the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage on the absorption of hematoma and nerve function by the TCM regimen of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 68 patients with cerebral hemorrhage from April 2019 to January 2021,35 patients with conventional treatment were the control group,and 33 patients treated with TCM huoxue decoction as the observation group,and the clinical outcomes were counted and compared.Results(1)The hematoma volume of the observation group was significantly reduced after treatment and was better than that of the control group,with a difference(P<0.001).(2)The NIHSS score of the observation group was significantly improved 3 weeks after treatment and was better than that of the control group,with a difference(P<0.001).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine huoxue huayu decoction can improve the absorption of hematoma and brain nerves in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage,which is worth recommending.
