摘  要:试验旨在研究虾青素对乌鳢生长、抗氧化和免疫功能的影响,在基础饲料中添加0(对照组)、50、100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg虾青素,饲喂乌鳢56 d后取样检测生长、抗氧化和免疫等指标。结果表明,日粮添加100 mg/kg和200 mg/kg虾青素显著提高乌鳢生长性能和饲料效率。日粮添加50、100、200 mg/kg虾青素显著提高乌鳢血清和肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性及血清和脾脏补体(C3)和溶菌酶(LZM)的含量(除血清中50 mg/kg组),降低血清和肝脏氧化应激指标丙二醛(MDA)、蛋白质羰基(PC)含量及血清皮质醇(COR)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶(AST)水平。In order to study the effects of astaxanthin on the growth,antioxidation and immune function of C.argus,0,50,100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg astaxanthin were added into the basic feed,0 mg/kg was the control group,and the growth,antioxidation and immune indexes were detected after 56 days of feed⁃ing.The results showed that the average weight gain rate,specific growth rate and feed efficiency of C.argus were significantly increased by adding 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg astaxanthin.In addition,50,100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg astaxanthin significant⁃ly increased the activities of SOD,CAT and GSH-Px in serum and liver,C3 and LZM(except 50 mg/kg AST treatment in serum)in serum and spleen,and significantly reduced MDA,PC,COR,ALT and AST in serum and liver.
