摘  要:非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)是在未过量饮酒和其他导致肝脏脂肪变性的情况下,以肝细胞脂质过度堆积为主要特征的临床病理综合征。全球NAFLD患病人数高达10亿,我国NAFLD患病率为29.2%,已成为目前公认的全球最常见的慢性肝病。DNA甲基化是研究最广泛和表征最好的表观遗传标记,是导致NAFLD基因表达异常的主要表观遗传学改变之一。大量研究表明,与NAFLD相关的某些基因的DNA甲基化水平与疾病的进展和纤维化的发展密切相关。本文对目前DNA甲基化在NAFLD中的研究进展、影响因素及潜在临床意义作一概述。Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)is a clinicopathological syndrome characterized by excessive accumulation of lipids in hepatocytes without excessive drinking and other fatty degeneration of the liver.The number of NAFLD patients in the world is as high as 1 billion,and the prevalence rate of NAFLD in China is 29.2%.It has become recognized as the most common chronic liver disease in the world.DNA methylation is the most widely studied and best characterized epigenetic marker,and it is one of the main epigenetic changes that lead to abnormal expression of NAFLD gene.A large number of studies have shown that the DNA methylation level of some genes related to NAFLD is closely related to the progression of disease and fibrosis.This article summarized the research progress,influencing factors and potential clinical significance of DNA methylation in NAFLD.
